Sunsir E1 Error Code List


To Reset the machine to factory settings

1.) Turn Off the Machine

2.) Press and Hold P and + button together

3.) Go to P-00 Parameter

4.) Press and Hold S Button for 3 Seconds

The Machine will reset and the error will be removed.

Error E01

Reason: Stop Needle Error

Solutions:

1.) Motor Hall Sensor Bad

2.) Hand Wheel Magnet Shedding


3.) Parking Signal Line Contact Bad or Damage

Error E02

Reason: No Foot Signal was Detected


Solutions:

  1. The Foot Signal Line Contact is bad or damaged

  2. The model of the foot pedal controller is incorrect

Error E03

Reason: Motor Hall or Phase Error


Solutions:

  1. Motor Signal line contact bad or damage

  2. Motor Hall Bad

Error E04

Reason: Plugging Protection


Solution:


  1. Motor Overload

  2. Poor Contact of Motor Powerline

Error E05

Reason: Hardware Overflow


Solutions:


  1. Motor Overload

  2. Poor Contact of the motor signal line

Error E07

Reason: Serial Communication Error


Solutions:


  1. Bad or Damage to the connection line of the control box
