Solution 1: Clean the Thread Jam from the Hookset by following the instructions Below
(3 Steps)
Step 1: Insert a Screw driver in hole provided in the hand wheel
Step 2: Push the wheel in the opposite direction
Step 3: Tilt the machine and clear the thread jam from the Hookset
Step 4: Bring the machine back to the normal position. Turn off and Turn on the machine again and start using the Machine
