DSIMAN Servo Motor Error Codes
Error 01
Error Content: Can't find the stop needle position
Possible Cause: The Needle Position plug is not properly plugged.
Remarks: 1.) It can be restored without affecting the operation.
2.) If the needle position is set, it will automatic turn into no needle position, and alarm Er01 no needle position signal.
3.) If the panel is changed to no needle position setting the alarm fault will disappear automatically.
Error 02
Error Content: Pedal Signal cannot be found when starting the machine
Possible Cause: The Pedal Plug is not plugged in or the wire is broken
Remarks: Recoverable, Plug in and run
Error 03
Error Content: Motor Hall wire error
Possible Cause: Check Plug
Remarks: Recoverable, Plug in and run
Error 04 / Error 11
Error Content: Motor is overloaded or Locked Rotor
Possible Cause: Check if the machine is jammed
Remarks: When the pedal is in position, it will resume.
Error 05
Error Content: Hardware over current protection
Possible Cause: Excessive load or circuit problem
Remarks: Unrecoverable, need to lose power
Error 06
Error Content: Operation box communication error
Possible Cause: Plug Loose between operation box and motherboard or bad signal line.
Remarks: Recoverable, does not affect the operation
Error 07
Error Content: The Speed Ratio difference is large
Possible Cause: The Wheel deviation is too large for hanging applications
Remarks: Recoverable, does not affect the operation, but will affect the effect of needle position.
Error 08
Error Content: Hardware circuit problem
Possible Cause: Check Circuit board
Remarks: Unrecoverable, need to lose power
Error 09
Error Content: Motor does not run
Possible Cause: Moto wire is not connected or board problem
Remarks: Unrecoverable, need to lose power
Error 10
Error Content: Over Voltage Fault
Possible Cause: Check if incoming voltage is too high
Remarks: When the voltage is normal, it can be restored without affecting the operation
